Bradley Jacobson, Owner

As of July 2006, Bradley is the proud owner of the three McDonald’s restaurants in Ajax.  Originally from South Africa, Bradley has achieved great success at McDonald’s and has done so much to improve the McDonald’s experiences for customers.  He enjoys spending one on one time with his enthusiastic crew.  He believes that every person has a story to tell, and he enjoys learning more about every person he encounters.  Bradley is thankful to his wife Robyn, and his kids Tamryn, Jenna and Maxwell for all of their support.  Despite being at McDonald’s, Bradley also makes time to enjoy an active lifestyle by going to the gym, skiing, and snowmobiling.  Bradley loves the McDonald’s experience, food (especially the Grilled Chicken Sandwich) and people.  He says without hesitation, “I’m lovin’ it!” and he really does…

Steve Weber, Heritage Restaurant Manager

Steve has been a member of the McDonald’s team since May 1984.   Originally the store manager of all four Oshawa McDonald’s, Steve is now the lively store manager of Heritage McDonald’s. Steve loves the fast-pace adventure of successfully running one of the Ajax McDonald’s restaurants.  He says, “no two days are ever the same,” and that is what he finds wonderful about McDonald’s.  He enjoys seeing all the new faces that come into McDonald’s, and the enthusiasm that the McDonald’s crew possesses.  If you don’t find Steve eating a Quarter Pounder at McDonald’s, you are likely to find him walking or listening to music with his wife Carol or son Blaire.

Melissa Keeler, Bayly Restaurant Manager

Since September 1994, Melissa has enjoyed the ever-evolving experiences working at McDonald’s Bayly and is now the restaurant manager.  Melissa is fortunate to have several of her family members working with her and she says, “it is always great to have family around.”  The McDonald’s team is really like a whole family too.  Her time at McDonald’s is never boring because she is always working to improve the restaurant.  Melissa enjoys spending time with her fiancée Craig and her other friends outside McDonald’s.  Melissa loves McDonald’s Turkey BLT Deli Sandwich, but the best part of working at McDonald’s is waking up to new adventure every day.
